Position Summary

Are you passionate about making change? Are you looking for new growth opportunities in a company that shapes the future of autonomous driving? In the role of the Change Manager you will be responsible for Change Management process from start to finish. You will be contacting our clients and suppliers, gathering requirements and information about the change request and reviewing it with our engineering team. After the review process, you will be presenting the change item for management approval, working with Sales team to quote the change, and monitoring the implementation of the change until completion. You will be taking ownership of the change management process for one of emerging OEMs. In the scope of your responsibilities there will be both internal as well as customer driven change request in a dynamic cross-competency engineering setting.

Your Role:

  • We are looking for a Change Manager who will take ownership of our change request management process in a dynamic project setting

  • To be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized and be able to communicate your goals effectively in a diverse environment

  • You will be working closely with the project management teams to ensure that the changes proposed by stakeholders are managed and tracked in an organized manner

  • During your workday you will be cooperating with clients, suppliers and internal competencies to determine the risk, impact, and feasibility of changes, while ensuring financial performance of each change within predefined levels

  • As part of your duties, you will be continuously improving the change request process’ effectiveness and efficiency
     

Your Background:

  • Master’s degree, change management, project management or engineering background

  • At least 3 years of experience managing changes in agile driven projects

  • Fluency in English (level C1 or higher)

  • Experience in working with cross competency teams and pushing for results

  • Experience in working to a schedule driven project

  • Very good knowledge of the MS office package
