Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services is seeking a Logistics Services Representative to assist in our maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Qatar.

This is a Long-Term Assignment to Qatar for a minimum of 3 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Ability to meet International assignment health requirements required. If accompanied, family must also meet international assignment health requirements.

You are applying for a Field Operations position where our employees must be willing and able (potentially short-notice) to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) to meet our customers’ unique requirements.

Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements.

Specific contracts supported by Field Operations could require employees to perform a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation. Employees associated with these specific contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.

Position Responsibilities:

This LSR position will perform Program Work Statements (PWS) requirements related to warehouse operations which includes:

  • Inventory management
  • Repair cycle, packaging, handling, shipping & transportation (PHS&T)
  • Demand processing, material distribution, acquiring resources, and assist in providing technical processes to deliver statement of work deliverables.
  • Perform tasks to the standards of the contractual and cultural requirements.
  • Coordinate transportation from domestic/international military, and maintenance teams.
  • Assists with researching, identifying and resolving customer supply support system inventory discrepancies.
  • Collaborates with company organizations to identify and resolve system issues.
  • Monitors logistics system performance.
  • Prepares required company reports.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Qatar.

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 2+ years of experience in a US Military supportability discipline such as reliability, maintainability, supply support, and end-user technical documentation
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics and/or transportation logistics for a large company or as a third-party logistics manager
  • 2+ years of experience with warehouse operations
  • At the sole discretion of leadership, must be willing and able (on potentially short-notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) and for a variety of deployment durations to meet customer needs and the statement of work. Unless compelling reasons exist, failure to deploy/travel will be considered as a resignation.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Field Operations experience is desired.
  • International customer Field Support experience in the Middle East is preferred.
  • Aviation logistics background, preferably F series or Air Force Logistics.

Typical Education/ Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate).

Relocation:
Relocation benefits will be provided only to the international assignment.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Summary pay range: $60,350 - $81,650.
