Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking to hire Associate Information Technology Supply Chain Contracts Specialist for Boeing India (IT&DA) to join their team in Bengaluru, India. These positions will focus on supporting the Cloud based implementation projects for Boeing business units like BCA, BDS and BGS. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collects, organizes, synthesizes and analyzes contract data such as obligation, spend and remaining balance for tracking and reporting
  • Collaborates with sourcing, vendor management, and purchasing organizations for contract development, management, and closure
  • Communicates effectively with internal Subject Matter Experts on contract status, contract milestones, Statement of Work requirements and deliverables
  • Tracks individual contracts through the contract life cycle
  • Coordinates progress to plan for in-flight contracts
  • Provides visibility and awareness to stakeholders regarding contract life cycle milestones
  • Participates in discussions and contribute to decisions relative to internal processes, timelines, group goals, and contracting strategies
  • Assists with the preparation of presentations for upper management
  • Applies knowledge of the business groups supported; knowledgeable on applicable policies and procedures

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
  • 2+ years of experience in program/project management
  • 2+ years of Information Technology experience
  • Ability to create and support development of new projects, executive level presentations, and provide clear communication to multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of the project life cycle, project management principles and best practices
  • Comfortable working in an environment with competing priorities

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Skilled in basic office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project, etc.)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or similar credentialing
  • Desire to take ownership to create plans and deliverables that satisfy business objectives
  • Exposure to commercial contracting practices through education or employment
