Aftersales Parts Engineer Intern

Job Description:

•We're looking for an intern who loves cars and interested in aftersales area to join us. As an Aftersales Parts Engineer Intern, you'll help Parts Engineers with part releases, for example filtering and matching parts in catalogs and handling lots of data.

Responsibilities:

•Assist aftersales parts engineers on releasing parts to ensure accuracy of parts information.•Deal with catalog data, including but not limited to catalog information input, comparative analysis, etc.•Support downstream parts readiness team with right info and advice for their needs.•Assist in managing and maintaining a database of relevant parts information to ensure data accuracy and integrity.•Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and skills in aftersales service parts.•Assist in handling other tasks related to aftersales parts.

Requirements:

•Be careful with details and good at handling data. •Be a good communicator and team player. •Be okay in English, able to read manuals and emails. •Be eager to learn and able to adapt quickly. •Be patient and responsible, able to stay calm in tough situations.
