The OTC Team leader coordinates (Contract Admin) Pricing & Order Processing activities focusing on end-to-end results of whole OTC process. The OTC Team Leader will perform within the Aptiv values and culture. What to Expect To work as part of the McLaren Automotive Production Team producing road cars and controlling the activities of a group of Production Team Members.

• 督导生产员工的工作。确保完成和超额完成本 班生产计划。
• 负责与其他总装班长的有关交接班工作及与其他部门当班负责人的联络和交涉工作。 
• 负责填写有关交班记录，协助生产文员将将有关生产数据及时准确输入计算机。                          
•  协助直接主管发现并解决生产中的瓶颈问题，以最低的成本达到各项关键指标。
• 采取积极措施预防和纠正各种质量事故隐患，并及时向有关责任人汇报。
• 对员工进行培训及评估。
