We are currently on the lookout for a Engineering Team Leader to join the team in Leighton Buzzard.

This role is a Hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management (4 directs) including 1:1, training, goal setting, development.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track change progress.
  • Establish and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Estimate project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Provide Regular status reporting on deliverables.

What We are looking for?

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Project Delivery experience
  • Excellent communicator to internal staff and external clients
  • Engineering Degree
  • Experience in engineering design for complex product (automotive or aerospace is a plus
