What You’ll Do
· Assembles and develops technical resources to overcome challenges and deliver quality products, on time, with exceptional customer service.
· Builds, organizes, and manages a team of professionals able to meet or exceed Operational goals and objectives.
· Sets standards for Technical Operations documentation to ensure continuity of customer service, quality, and processes.
· Track and report on team initiatives, KPI’s, Capacity, Cross-Training development, and productivity.
