Raytheon Technologies is seeking a candidate with subject matter expertise (SME) an extensive background in the Test and Integration of systems. The candidate must be willing to work in a fast-paced customer environment supporting high profile operational requirements. This individual will assist the organization with specific knowledge and understanding of testing and integration of systems to support current technical operations. The successful candidate must have experience working within teaming environments across the customers spectrum. In addition, the candidate must also manage partner and stakeholder relationships while operating independently with minimal supervision. Extensive Experience in leading large, successful operations in a highly matrixed compartmented organization

Responsibilities:

- Ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences

- Thrives is a fast-paced environment while prioritizing and managing operational awareness.

Must have 5-10 years of applicable TEST and INTEGRATION experience

- Principle technical advisor to the Government Engineering Lead to develop a test regime necessary to validate the integration of foreign weapons systems and sensors into a common battle management system to reside on the MAWAN.

- Technical advisor to the Government Lead responsible to ensure vendor compliance and performance against the tasks necessary to successfully integrate foreign weapons and sensor into a common battle management system to reside on the MAWAN.

REQUIRED Knowledge, Skills, and abilities

- Knowledge of modern battle management systems to include data/message format, performance specifications (availability, reliability, packet loss, ect.).

- Experience performed within a complex system with the interest to the U.S. Government and shareholder communities.

- Previous experience advising engineering acquisitions related to cost, schedule and performance.

- Ability to brief management on progress and findings associated to the mission needs.

- Works closely with operational elements executing specific missions, with a particular reference to building partnerships with operational organizations and teams.

- Designs, develops, and briefs presentations on current mission needs.

- Ability to hit the ground running on day 1 work day.

- Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance with poly and be crossover eligible.

Education:

Bachelor's degree plus 15 years of technical experience. Additional experience maybe substituted in lieu of a degree

The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Requires advanced to expert knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

May have broad knowledge of project management. Requires substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or

systems in order to provide enhancements within job area. Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years

prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a

minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
