· Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
· Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Collaborates and communicates with various department and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
· Promptly unloads trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.
· To keep a clean & safe working environment.
· Comply with all sectional procedures and airworthiness requirements and ensure the smooth running of the section.
· Carry out regular EH&S checks on warehouse storage facilities.
· Actively support and participate in cost reduction, ACE, CIT, DIVE, EH&S and Continuous Improvement Projects and initiatives.
· To carry out other duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum NITEC in any discipline
· To hold and retain a valid forklift operator license
· Possess good interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal)
· Strong team player to departmental goals
· Able to work under pressure in a dynamic work environment
· Able to work in shift
· Fully competent in the use of MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
