Dans le cadre de votre poste, vous serez appelé à :

  • Gérer plusieurs projets de petite à moyenne envergure en simultanés;

  • Établir des échéanciers de projets et les présenter aux clients internes;

  • Supporter les travaux de réaménagement et l’organisation des lieux de travail;

  • Créer et mettre à jour des dessins d’aménagement (logiciel AutoCAD);

  • Interagir avec l’ensemble des fonctions d’une usine d’assemblage;

  • Participer au développement des méthodologies standards de l’équipe;

  • Faire des observations sur le plancher de production;

  • Compiler/Analyser des données et rédiger un rapport d’opportunités d’améliorations.

Qualifications

En tant que candidat idéal, 

  • Vous complétez présentement un baccalauréat en génie industriel/production automatisée;

  • Vous avez complété un minimum de 1 an d’étude dans ce programme;

  • Vous possédez de bonnes aptitudes en gestion de projets;

  • Vous êtes autonome avec une approche orientée client;

  • Vous êtes un excellent communicateur à l’oral et à l’écrit en français et fonctionnel en anglais;

  • Vous êtes un joueur d’équipe et avez de la facilité à interagir avec les gens;

  • Vous avez de l’initiative, êtes dynamique, ponctuel et professionnel;

  • Vous vous organisez et êtes capable de respecter une échéance;

  • Vous avez de l’intérêt pour l’amélioration continue, le « Lean Manufacturing » et l’amélioration des processus;

  • Vous avez une connaissance de base des logiciels AutoCAD.

In your role, you will: 

  • Manage several small to medium-scale projects simultaneously;

  • Establish project schedules and present them to internal clients;

  • Support organization and reorganization workplaces;

  • Create and update layout drawings (AutoCAD software);

  • Interact with all of the functions of an assembly plant;

  • Participate in the development of standard team methodologies;

  • Make observations on the production floor;

  • Compile / Analyze data and create an improvement opportunity report.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

 You are currently completing a bachelor's degree in industrial / automated production;

  • You have completed a minimum of 1 year of study in this program;

  • You have good project management skills;

  • You are autonomous with a customer-oriented approach;

  • You are an excellent oral and written communicator in French and functional in English;

  • You are a team player and have an ability to interact with people;

  • You have initiative, are dynamic, punctual and professional;

  • You organize yourself and are able to meet a deadline;

  • You have an interest in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and process improvement;

  • You have a basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
