This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon Cyber Protection Services (CPS) finance team. This manager will serve as the finance lead for the existing RCS and new Federal-Civilian Defensive Cyber business areas. RCS is a cyber-security group within Cyber Protection Solutions offering defensive cyber solutions to local government and commercial customers. Responsibilities for the new Federal-Civilian Defensive Cyber business area will include development of the bidding plan for this new program area and the administration of the resulting programs. Included in these responsibilities is the financial management for the RTX Cyber Academy, a training offering being used internally and sold to customers around the world.

This Manager will lead a team responsible for the following tasks: Forecasting, Estimating and Pricing, Cyber Operations Analysis/Support, Billing, Cash Management, and Procurement. This role will involve a large amount of collaboration across multiple functional areas including Operations, Business Development, Contracts, Finance, Program Management, and Supply Chain. The role requires an excellent focus on developing and tracking key data, processes, and assessing impacts to performance and Plan. Due to the competitive, dispersed, and fast paced nature of the organization, the ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication, organization, initiative, guidance, and problem solving skills. Relationship developing is key for this role. You will work in frequent collaboration with others.

Required Skills:

  • 10 years of relevant Finance work experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Finance Investment and Modeling Fundamentals
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Prior experience in Program Controls, FP A, or Estimating and Pricing
  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to identify, tailor and/or create processes/tools to support effective program planning and implementation

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Raytheon financial and accounting policies and procedures
  • Cyber Security knowledge
  • SAP accounting system / Financial Reports
  • Data Visualization

Required Education:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

Requires practical knowledge in guiding and managing the implementation of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.

Typically has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
