Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a Sr. EVMS Analyst position. This position contributes to a team of intermediate to experienced Earned Value Analysis (EVA) professionals, meeting objectives, and working with team members on Earned Value analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts. Responsible for preparation of EV performance metrics to develop recommendations for management.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes, tools, reports out on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits
- Cost capture focal; provide actual spend data weekly
- Establishes / maintains program cost baseline
- Measures performance against baseline
- Incorporate regular status and ETC updates based on inputs from CAMs.
- Lead program teams through month end and EVMS processes
- Data reconciliation with accounting system and project cost and schedule
- Collaborate with scheduling functions
- Generate & present earned value performance data to leadership
- Ensure compliance to EV System Description
- Support Program Reviews
- Participate in the development of proposals
- Assist, as needed, other Program Earned Value Analysts with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software
- Program controls and EVMS background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- EVMS compliance Knowledge
