We are seeking an experienced SAP User Experience (UX) Design Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in User Experience design in SAP for enterprise applications.
The SAP User Experience Design Lead will be responsible for design and implementing a UX strategy for S/4HANA utilising SAP Fiori. Working closely with SAP analysts, Solution Architects, and external parties you will ensure a great user experience for all users of the environment to help enable efficient business processes.

Your Role
- Advocate for a great user experience in SAP and help drive digital transformation.
- Communicate User Experience needs and expectations.
- Define the SAP User Experience strategy and provide guidance to business and project teams.
- Responsible for the design and implementation of user experience solution in SAP utilizing SAP Fiori and other tools.
- Deliver a simple, coherent and immediately valuable user experience.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and partners, you'll lead by example, fostering effective communication and teamwork to drive successful business transformations.
Your Background
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing User Experience solutions with SAP Fiori.
- Expertise in SAP UX technologies focused on FIORI
- Passionate about user experience
- Strong background in the automotive, high tech or related industries is preferred
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Comfortable with challenging established ways of working to bring process and automation improvements and getting agreement to change
