SAP Order to Cash Analyst

The SAP OTC analysts role is to collaborate closely with business clients in the Sales, Production Control, Logistics and Customs functions in order to optimise the SAP support for the corresponding business processes, and to define, develop and document global solutions for the OTC processes.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong understanding of the OTC process in SAP particularly in areas such as Master Data, Pricing, Order Management & Fulfillment and Billing.

The role requires an understanding and anticipation of business requirements, challenges and opportunities, as well as an intimate understanding of the SAP capabilities in the OTC functional area so that the analyst can design effective solutions. The SAP OTC Analyst will work closely with the Lead to Cash (LTC) Solution Architect to understand requirements across the LTC process and assess where SAP solutions are available and support creation of end to roadmaps.

Your Role

  • Evaluate and define solutions for Aptiv business requirements in SAP OTC.
  • Leveraging leading-practice business process knowledge and system proficiency to design and implement long term, scalable solutions for the business requirements in the functional areas supported by SAP OTC.
  • Work with existing applications in the OTC area including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, to deliver continuous improvement and projects in the Order to Cash process.
  • Will involve applying knowledge of the automotive industry to tailor solutions effectively, ensuring they meet industry standards and requirements.
  • Defining, documenting, managing the completeness and accuracy of APTIV’s existing OTC solutions portfolio; making recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and partners, you'll lead by example, fostering effective communication and teamwork to drive successful business transformations.

Your Background

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in analysing requirements and designing solutions and roadmaps in SAP OTC process covering SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong background in the automotive, high tech or related industries is preferred
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable with questioning established ways of working to bring process and automation improvements and getting agreement to change
