Summary:

In this highly visible role, the Production Lead F100 will drive industrial readiness and program supportability throughout the Value Stream for the F100 Engine Program. The F100 Production Lead is responsible for driving the program’s delivery, and financial goals, while also focusing on identifying and mitigating risk in the medium to long term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivery assurance, supply chain sourcing and capacity assessments, ensuring timely transitions execution, and driving completion of industrial plans for critical engineering changes

  • Support all program activities with the coordination and maintenance of the program industrial plan with CIPTs (Customer Integrated Product Team), Module Centers, and Global Supply Chain

  • Be a key operations contact for the F100 program and will actively participate as part of the F100 IPMT (Integrated Program Management Team)

  • Will have visibility to both the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and sustainment supportability streams, and will have a direct impact on the success of the program

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing, operations management, quality, shop floor, or supply chain environment or a Master's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing, operations management, quality, shop floor, or supply chain environment

  • SAP experience

  • Prior experience working in an environment balancing and resolving conflicting priorities

  • Demonstrated experience working with executive level management

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
