The plant produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections. It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening a new Development Center, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.
Currently for our entity Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit R&D Product Technical Engineer.
Your challenges :

R&D Project Team Member responsible for product development
-
Leads assigned R&D technical project team: Mechanics, Optics, Electronics, Plasturgy, Simulations

Responsible for R&D deliverables in respect of allocated budget & aligned with project milestones

Coordinates R&D activities related to the technical development of the new product
-
Customer and Suppliers contact for technical aspects of the project
-
Manages project technical risks and allocated resources to meet the target of the project milestone

Manages and leads Project’s Design Review and reports project technical status to management

Makes technical decisions for project design.

Have an engineering degree in technical area

Have at least 3 years of experience in product development with mechanical and electronic content, preferably in the field of automotive industry

Have innovative mindset with ability to imagine new ways of solving customer issues Havae a fluent English, other language will be an asset
