This is a professional contributor supporting the F35 Simulator Projector product line. The ideal candidate would be a quick learner who has experience with relational databases, can problem solve on the fly and effectively communicate issues in a timely manner. This person would work in a moderately supervised environment to achieve day-to-day objectives. They would be required to identify, define and resolve problems typically solved through exercise of discretion and/or judgement often drawing from prior experience or standard procedure and basic analysis. Responsibilities would include communicating with parties within and outside the team influencing decision-makers with recommended courses of action.

Primary Responsibilities:

Plans, schedules, and monitors products through their complete production cycle.

Reviews material requirements planning (MRP) accuracy; resolve and manage data integrity issues.

Works closely with Production Manager on execution of production schedule, eliminating obstacles; maintaining and adjusting schedule as required to reflect site’s capabilities.

Initiates and coordinates the shipment of products to other internal divisions.

Maintains the bill of materials (BOM) for a variety of products.

Communicates effectively with various levels of management and personnel from all functions.

Effective communication skills that will be utilized to provide daily briefings and reporting pertaining to operations.

This position requires a self-starter, capable of achieving organizational and program objectives in a demanding environment.

The ability to interface with all levels of management in an IPT environment is essential to perform in this job.
Qualifications/Experience Needed:
-
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes and/or software.

Experienced and effective communicator (presentation skills, written and verbal communication).

The ability to interface with multiple levels of management in an IPT environment with effective communication skills.

Motivated and takes on challenges with minimal direction, with the ability to be proactive and drive action accordingly.

Experience working with Microsoft Office 365 software (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).

SAP knowledge and experience.

Ability to set and work towards goals at a “big picture” level, and influence change at a detailed operational level.

Ability to understand complex systems and processes.
