We are currently looking for an Aftersales Parts Operations Specialist to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt. The primary focus of the role is to ensure smooth and efficient aftersales spare parts operations, secure parts availability to cover market demand on time, achieve customer satisfaction, warehouse activities and other department KPI’s.
A Day in the Life:

Monitor Inventory level by keeping smooth parts orders process to different foreign and Local suppliers to fulfill customer demand and replenish NMEG stock to achieve parts sales targets and also eliminate obsolescence and keep healthy stock.

Monitor and solve VOR & customer complaints from parts prospective.

Monitor dealers back orders on daily basis.

Manage aftersales parts preparation for new model launch (Parts, Lubricants, Tools, Accessories, etc.)

Execute cycle count to warehouse when required.
Who We’re Looking for:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering / Logistics
-
1-3 years of experience in Automotive parts inventory control
-
Fluency in Arabic and English
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications
-
Extensive knowledge of supply chain modules in ERP systems, SAP knowledge is a plus

Excellent communication skills

Time management skills

Analytical thinking, Organized and customer focused
