Your Role

  • Drive the development of an AI/ML platform that enables stakeholders to extract value from data and lead development of features with cross-functional teams with a high degree of autonomy.
  •  Shorten development cycles for our software and AI/Client systems.
  •  Build and maintain tools and infrastructure for efficient software and AI/Client development.
  • Design cloud architecture, preferably on AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud, and hybrid architecture for the MLOps implementation, enabling seamless scalability and flexibility.
  • Develop data taxonomy and data pipeline designs to ensure efficient data management, processing, and utilization across the AI/ML platform.
  • Build and automate our AI/Client workstream from data analysis, experimentation, operationalization, model training, model tuning to visualization.
  • Push for continuous improvements in processes to enhance the agility of the cloud environment while adhering to cybersecurity policies and best practices.
  • Work closely with the Security team to ensure that all cloud infrastructure implementations meet or exceed cybersecurity requirements and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for optimization and enhancement in cloud architecture and infrastructure.
  • Improve and maintain our MLOps pipeline.
  • Increase our deployment velocity, including the process for deploying models and data pipelines into production.

Your Background

  • 10+ years of experience in MLOps Architecture
  • #EXP[10-18]
  • 5+ years’ experience in cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
  • Proven programming/scripting skills with multiple programming languages including Python, Scala, Go, C++/Java and similar.Bash scripting and Unix skills are must.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Experience with database systems including Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB.
