Here's What the Job Entails:

  • Mechanical and Body Work: Perform all necessary mechanical and body work on assigned jobs.
  • Vehicle Dismantling: Dismantle vehicles to prepare them for the panel shop.
  • Inspections and Diagnostics: Conduct inspections, fault-finding, and diagnostic work.
  • Parts Management: Order replacement parts and ensure their timely arrival.
  • Vehicle Reassembly: Reassemble vehicles with new parts to restore them to pre-accident condition.

Here's What We're Looking for in You:

  • Experience: Significant experience as an MET Technician from an accident repair background.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and the ability to work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Workload Planning: Effective workload planning to meet agreed timescales.
  • Specifications Adherence: Ability to work in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
  • Team Player: Team player with the initiative to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility in approach and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Adherence to Health and Safety guidelines, including wearing provided PPE and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
