Position Summary
The goal of this open position is to analyze, implement, and release manufacturing system designs, as well as to improve and support the Manufacturing area (including print analysis, design of new tooling boards, new manufacturing system design, and time and motion studies). Work closely with different departments such as Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, PC & L to ensure compliance with critical routes to meet customer requirements.
Your Role
- Conduct print analysis.
- Design manufacturing systems.
- Develop work instructions.
- Design visual aids.
- Implement process improvements.
- Organize workplace layout.
- Implement tooling strategies.
Your Background
- At least 3 years of exp
- Major in Industrial Engineer, Mechatronics or related field
- Experience in station design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- MS Office knowledge
- Experience with time and motion studies.
- Background in workplace organization.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in organizing coordination meetings.
- English level: Intermediate - Advance (Capable to have conversation)
