Raytheon Technologies (RTX) Enterprise Services Global Finance Services (GFS) Finance team is looking for an enterprising professional to complement the GBS Digital Finance Team.
The position will support activities and projects within the Enterprise Infrastructure organization, including participating in cross-functional projects, budgeting and forecasting, data analytics, and supporting DCAA Audit requirements.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Assist with gathering data out of various systems, performing analysis, and reporting results (including headcount, expenses, labor reporting, etc.) to management on a regular basis.
- Help manage large quantities of data in order to create reports for management and create continuous monitoring controls where possible.
- Support the annual process of budget development ≈ $360M annually for Infrastructure
- Analytic support of monthly financial closing and Division Direct chargeback process for domestic Infrastructure
- Work along-side the Infrastructure Associate Director to support creation of AOP, monthly forecasting, and long range planning scenarios. Internal reporting and support management presentations.
- Analyze performance to plan and identify risk & opportunities through analysis on a monthly basis
- Status Capital plan and forecast analysis; work with accounting to move appropriate assets into service.
- Headcount reporting and variance analysis for Infrastructure
- Various reporting through SAP & Hyperion
- Manage process improvements and assess best practices between workstreams and hUTC/hRTN
- Work with all levels of management, and develop solutions to a variety of problems (may refer to established precedents and policies).
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with Finance projects and the ability to work simultaneous projects at the same time
- Advanced skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling them to deal effectively with employees, internal and external auditors, and management.
- Communication development and delivery (i.e., presentations, memos, white papers) to multiple levels (including executive) in the organization.
- Basic knowledge of databases and software systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion or other Enterprise Systems
- Ability to take initiative working effectively within a team or individually with little direct supervision
Desired Skills:
- Experience analyzing large amounts of data
- Experience working with DCAA auditors
- Project management experience
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline and at least 7 years of directly applicable experience gained in a large corporate setting is t
