Raytheon is seeking a Manager, Cyberdyne Business Lead for the MMS portfolio.  Interested candidates will oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area; assist and provide guidance and mentoring to junior analyst(s).  Care for program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing management of cost and schedule integration.  We are seeking a hard-working, energetic, and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company.  In this role, you will have opportunities to work in a self-guided manner as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Engineering.  Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner.

Job Duties:

  • Guide program financials including development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules, Earned Value (EV) data compliance and reporting, cost accounting and ongoing management of cost and schedule integration.
  • Oversee financials for multiple programs in a portfolio area; assist and provide guidance and mentoring to junior analyst(s).  Support growth in Earned Value training and implementation.
  • Budgeting, cost control and variance analysis, internal/external reporting, risk management and financial support
  • Development of quarterly EACs; analysis/assist in accurate projection of Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Complete (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) data.
  • Assist with organization of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and job cost accumulation.
  • Assist manpower planning, forecasting and reporting.
  • Accounting data extraction and reconciliation
  • Labor and cost transfer submittals
  • Preparation of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
  • Assist in monitoring costs and manpower ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective.
  • Generate program financial artifacts such as EV reports, graphs, and analysis, as required.
  • Develop and present briefing of program financial status to customer.
  • Provide PMO and CAMS with internal reports on cost and schedule performance.
  • Support to the Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) lead with estimation activities
  • Support supply-chain management in financial controls of subcontracts and material procurement forecasting
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, data integrity checks, and validations related to program financials.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Provide internal FP&A support for programs/portfolio; assist with forecasting, reporting and adhoc requests.  Support AOP/ Long Range Planning development

Clearance / Citizenship Requirements:

  • An active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Typical Education / Experience:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience): 

  • Minimum 8 years of Finance experience include education.
  • Requires a related University Degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Mathematics)
  • Excel proficiency (to include Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)
  • Excellent guidance, mentoring and training skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Thorough attention to detail and work quality
  • Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls.
  • US Citizenship with current SSBI clearance desired

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with APEX EV; knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting.
  • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government, multi-CLIN contracting environment.

Qualified application located in State College, PA; Aurora CO, Richardson, TX and Dulles, VA will be considered.
