Supervisor de Mantenimiento
Position Summary
Aptiv is looking for the next Maintenance Supervisor, to ensure compliance with preventive, corrective, and autonomous maintenance to meet established objectives.
Your Role
- Coordinate the planned maintenance system, autonomous maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
- Analysis of equipment failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with quality policies.
- Develop the capabilities of subordinates.
- Decision Making
- Budget Management
- Knowledge of assembly lines
Your Background
• At least 2 years as Maintenance Supervisor
• Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineer, or related.
• Team Maintenance Supervision
• Analysis and Problem Solving 8D, 5 WHY
• Knowledge of MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
• Knowledge of MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
• Interpretation of Electrical Diagrams
• Reading of Mechanical Drawings
• Vision Systems (Cognex, Keyence)
• Robotics Allen Bradley PLC
• Compliance with preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of Downtime rate
• English Intermediate - Advanced
