Responsibilities 

 

  • Update training qualification on SAP  

  • Change management process for training system configuration  

  • Maintenance and organization of employee trainings  

  • Internal & external stakeholder management to gather requirements for training.  

  • Prepare business case for trainings. 

  • Engage in continuous improvement initiative and other training or IT related activities. 

 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Diploma in Engineering / IT or related engineering fields.  

  • Proficient in MS Office  

  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus. 

  • Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry. 

 

Learning Outcome 

 

  • Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing. 

  • Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).  

  • Learn about operation planning and management, 

  • Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
