Additional Job Description

Responsibilities:  

  • Deep understanding of basic principles and concepts related to People Services 

  • Onboarding End to End process Management (process optimization, workflow development and management)  

  • Manage the process through peers when related to the Onboarding process 

  • Actively Identify opportunities in the operation processes/workflows and take advantage of analytics to implement improvements solutions 

  • Communicate properly involving leadership and stakeholders in the decision process  

  • Onboarding data entry 

  • Manage GDM and HR process and systems with knowledge 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

  • Monitor Onboarding Activities of Manager, Local HR, New Hire 

  • Monitor Onboarding Partner Activities 

  • Running Reports 

  • Responsible to turn as visible Workday updates necessities. 

  • Ensure delivery of services attributed to his/her responsibility under Global metrics stablished – quantitative and qualitative. 

  • Onboarding KPI and Results management (Act on preventive and reactive way in order to delivery/ overcome the expected results) 

  • Planned the upcoming volume, contingency and volumes management overseeing the different outcome. 

Knowledge / Qualification: 

  • Bachelor’s degree education;

  • Language skill:  Upper Advanced English – Conversation and Writing (mandatory);

  • Spanish (desirable);

  • At least 1 year of experience in GBS (shared services center) or HR (desirable);

  • Proficiency Ms Office (mandatory);

  • Power BI, Share Point and Knime knowledge (recommended).
