HR Admin Supervisor EU

The Shared Services Supervisor is responsible for day to day operations of the HR administrative services and drive for continuous improvement. This individual will lead a team of specialists, and work closely with other internal personnel to ensure excellent service and employee satisfaction. They will participate in the development and implementation of Shared Services processes, lead improvement projects and work to support local, regional and global initiatives.

General Responsibilities
• Supervises a diverse team of specialists both for the supervisory organization and within the scope of the projects
• Motivates, develops and keeps the team members accountable to achieve the company, teams’ and respective project goals
• Supports the strategy and priorities of the company, including driving the implementation of Shared Services Model in HR
• Implement, direct and maintain processes and procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR administration Services
• Participates in creating the appropriate integration strategies and is responsible for implementing them according to the role
• Participates in or leads the respective local/regional/global projects according to the company priorities, starting from the project charter development to the final completion of the project
• Interface with clients to understand client perspectives on service and value being delivered; Ensure the solution of open issues with customers
• Keeps the high service levels, tracks the performance according to Key Performance Indicators

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Holds self and others accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
