Position Objective:

Assist with analysis of various financial and operational activities within the scope of Financial Planning & Analysis. Assist in special projects for the Finance department related to the Porsche and Exclusive Brands (Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti) lease and retail portfolio as well as Porsche Drive.  
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist with preparation of the Shareholders’ Committee Meeting, Closing Meeting, and other high-level meeting presentations.
  • Assist with completion of the monthly Operating Package, Management-Report, Corporate Goals and various file extracts for Porsche Financial Services (PFS) departments.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end close duties.
  • Assist with monthly data preparation and loading of SAP BW.
  • Run ad-hoc queries as necessary assisting various PFS departments with data gathering and extracts for internal/external contacts.
  • Assist in preparation of cost center budgets and inputs to PFS SAP Planning Tool.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly PFS Pricing Committee presentations and associated supporting analysis.
  • Assist in creating and updating business cases for a range of strategic business initiatives.
  • Fulltime position (40h per week) for a duration of six months.   

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or Economics strongly preferred.       
     

Experience:

  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, VBA, and SAP accounting software is a definite plus. 
  • Experience within a captive finance company is a plus.
     

Skills:

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, and PowerPoint) are required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong orientation to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Aptitude and willingness to work with new software is necessary
