Customer Service Technician

Responsabilities

  • Guarantee the reliability and records of customer requirements EDI in SAP system.
  • Responsible for ensuring that shipments are comply with the windows established by customers and deliveries are on time and in proper form and avoid any impact.
  • Negotiate increases and decreases in customer demand in order to ensure compliance with the contracted terms and the monthly sales objective.
  • Maintain constant communication with the engineering, planning, production and shipping areas for production scheduling and timely export.
  • Follow up with the production scheduler for compliance with deliveries.
  • Coordinate the transportation of shipments with the customer carries.
  • Verify the correct transmission of ASN for shipments.
  • Manage customer supply system
  • Responsible for reporting performance indicators in customer service on compliance and delivery claims.

Experience & Background Requirements

  • English – Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in Customer Service Division preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong process background
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas and data tables)
