Job Responsibilities and Duties:

New Business Pursuit:

Get the RFQ due to defined strategy of products and customers; Prepare, submit and follow-up the quotations; Collect, filtration and transfer valuated information.

With Purchasing:

Responsible for the contract review, price maintains, customer PO review and processing; Define and capture new business opportunities, prepare quote response; Negotiate price and reduction plan; Customer strategy analysis, packaging/logistic change quote, tooling quote and collection.

With Engineering:

Keep close contact with customer to define customer technology roadmap thus new business opportunities; Work together with Resident Engineering on supporting engineering development, design change investigation, follow through engineering change approval and track PO/Payments; Drive customer engineering design to optimize APTIV’s technical and commercial outcome.

With Internal Functional Departments:

Work across functional (PL, finance, program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistic) areas to gather cost and product information to quote new programs accurately and on-time; Support customer requests by working with internal functional departments and following internal workflow.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related field; Fluent English communication skill is required; At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience; Oversea education/work experience is an advantage; Meticulous, good attitude and team player; Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
