Customer Commitment Manager (m, f, d)

Tasks

  • Manage the timely and effective resolution of customer concerns by the support of goodwill measures in 
    close cooperation with our partners in 28 markets, functional departments and Porsche AG, incl. direct 
    customer communication if necessary.
  • Coordinate the investigation and handling of special customer cases, as interface between headquarter 
    and respective markets.
  • Manage the customer satisfaction goodwill budget for the region incl. planning, monitoring, reporting and 
    the availability of a transparent and compliant framework.
  • Evaluate and settle goodwill requests, claims and vehicle repurchases in compliance with given guidelines.
  • Develop, implement and manage customer commitment related projects, programs and initiatives to 
    enhance customer excitement and build long-term loyalty.
  • Challenge the status quo by optimizing customer service and related standards, systems, processes and 
    reporting targeted at the introduction of improvement measures for the customer journey.
  • Derive, implement and drive the achievement of customer commitment related targets and KPIs across the 
    region in the context of market business plans and the PCEE performance program.
  • Work across departments and markets in interdisciplinary projects promoting the approach of customer 
    centricity 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, CRM, business administration, management or 
    industrial engineering.
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry and/or customer relations/customer 
    service as well as project management.
  •  Basic technical know-how and understanding of sales and after sales processes beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English. German would be a plus. 
  • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.
  • High degree of intercultural competence, positivity, self-motivation, service orientation and attention to 
    detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, systematic and solution-oriented manner.
  • Ability to reliably manage diverse projects and tasks simultaneously and high degree of stress resilience.
  • High level of trust and confidentiality in the handling of sensitive customer concerns.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
