We are hiring a Coordinator, Finance Support, to join our APAC Finance team with focus on supporting the Airport Systems, Managed Services business. The scope of work includes but not limited to: -
Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop status/projection report, develop various analysis reports (including tabulation of SLA scorings etc.)
- Assist Managed Services Site Lead in sourcing for quotes and building up templates for pricing inputs
- Assist Project Specialists to monitoring the overall financial health of the project through usage of corporate financial tools and applications
- Assist Project Specialists with Contract Bookings
- Processing for assigned purchasing order (PR/PO), invoices (AP) coding and ensuring these assignments are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in validating and preparation of raw data for Airports manual billing
- Secondary duties, involve in some monthly consolidation of monthly management reports
Requirements:
- Less than two years of related experience.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting required.
- Knowledge of financial analysis techniques
- Knowledge of spreadsheet software & other software applications in windows environment
- Possess basic analytical skills
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
