Controller Integration Engineer (CIE) - AV Controls

Job Description

Plan, design, review, integrate, test, and verify embedded Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Autonomous Driving Integration Module (ADIM) software and functional components to ensure all requirements and deliverables are met on-time for GM Autonomous Vehicle (AV), in Embedded C, using Vehicle Spy, ETAS INCA, ETAS MDA, AutoVal, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Artifactory, Eclipse IDE, IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC), and Visual Studio Code tools, and neoVI FIRE2, and RAD-Galaxy hardware. Verify embedded software functionality on Hardware in the Loop (HIL) test bench using dSPACE HIL tools, and Software in the Loop (SIL) using GMSim tool. Verify functionality on test bench and in vehicle at Function, Controller and System levels prior to production release, following Motor Industry Software Reliability Association (MISRA) C standards and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology. Perform build, sanity, functional, integration, behavior, milestone, and performance testing of ADIM software releases based on program milestones.                                                                                                                                   

Additional Job Description

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field, and one (1) year of experience as an Engineer or related role. Must also have experience with: designing and verifying software, in Embedded C or C#, using Jenkins and Visual Studio Code tools, and performing functional and integration testing of software, or related.
