This Co-op role will support the Electric Power Systems (EPS) Contracts and Business Management team. In this role, you will work with the EPS Contracts team in a hands-on, collaborative Hybrid environment. The successful candidate will support the Contract Administrators in Integrated Project Teams, in a cross-function work environment, coordinating with the customer integrated product team while adhering to and complying with Standard Work processes.
This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run May/June- December; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past December 2024.

Primary Responsibilities
- Maintaining and organizing Contracts Artifacts
- Compiling Audit documentation requests
- Interpreting & Managing contract documents
- Ensuring adherence to Import / Export Compliance Requirements
- Preparing and participating in the review of terms and conditions of customer agreements
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the information under this program/contract
