Job Summary:
Deliver commercial engine heavy maintenance (B1/B2/B3 Level) training, including PurePower Programs (PW1000G), to internal PW customers and external airline customers at the Customer Training Center (CTC) and on-site at the customer's worldwide locations and MRO facilities. Areas of instruction include, but are not limited to, PW1000G heavy maintenance training, engine specific familiarization training, line & base maintenance, jet engine fundamentals, borescope, engine change, quality engineering type courses at overhaul centers, FOD, human factors and other general type training.
Support the commercial training team as a subject matter expert (SME) and act in the capacity as back-up instructor for specifically selected P&W engine models.
Additional responsibilities include designing courseware in accordance with the P&W CTC Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Process, evaluating course material for content and accuracy, and recording quality escapes to support ACE requirements. The selected candidate will also be responsible for fielding customer requests and directing customers to appropriate P&W support personnel.
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience to include teaching engine maintenance, previous heavy or line maintenance experience or a High School diploma or equivalent and 9 years of experience to include teaching engine maintenance, previous heavy or line maintenance experience.

U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of aerospace industry practices.
- Advanced technical engine knowledge and maintenance experience
- Experience delivering complex presentations to a wide audience in order to effectively train to the teaching material.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
