This is an all-new role working for one of the world’s most iconic brands. Our mission is to create the strategic direction to enable the unprecedented growth of the Range Rover brand. 

 

The Range Rover brand team is passionate, enthusiastic and agile and sits at the heart of the JLR enterprise, ensuring the business embodies modern luxury across the end-to-end lifecycle. 

 

This is a crucial, high-profile role and you’ll be responsible for defining and creating robust strategies that allow us to make informed and calculated decisions to grow the brand. 

You’ll work closely with the Strategy Director providing a great opportunity for personal growth and achievement and requires a high level of responsibility, autonomy and exposure to senior leadership.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Create complex, strategic proposals that grow value for the Range Rover brand
  • Create a robust business strategy that is integrated with the Range Rover brand strategy
  • Ensure the successful translation of the brand strategy and identity into clear and simple strategic objectives that are easy to connect with and understand
  • Lead cross-functional, agile, strategic projects focused on key business challenges
  • Develop new strategic concepts which satisfy customer, financial and brand attribute requirements

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

 

  • Progressive and pioneering in their ideas and approach to developing ambitious strategies and able to turn complex situations into clear summaries and priorities 
  • Strong skills in building and managing relationships and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a complex and cross-functional environment to influence and build consensus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to think outside of the box bringing your own perspective to situations and the ability to clearly convey these perspectives (verbal and written)
  • Ability to assess trends and bring a future mindset to strategic and tactical challenges
