This role is a fixed term for 12 months.

WHAT TO EXPECT

 

Supporting delivery of the global brand partnership modern luxury strategy for each of the four brands, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery and Jaguar, supporting global brand and partnerships management team. Supporting the project management of partnership and influencer activations that align to approved cultural affinity pillars and adhere to the modern luxury codes globally. 

 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities 

 

  • Supporting role within the team to work with global markets to deliver a globally consistent partnership strategy, and support on the project management of partnership activations for each brand. 
  • Work seamlessly with key stakeholders including agency partners and build strong relationships to help ensure quality service delivery. 
  • Adopt budget management understanding, support on project management administration and an understanding of co-marketing and complex cross-functional projects . (inclusive of brand, digital, media, communications and product).
  • Support on influencer strategy for global brand partnership activations working closely with product PR teams, social media teams to support full OEP plans.
  • Supporting on all partnership activations for all nameplate campaigns, working globally and locally. 
  • Taking responsibility for Measurement, reporting, governance & compliance against all key projects.
  • Support on presentation creation and editing for internal and external reviews. 
  • Support on creating integrated market toolkits for specific projects and ensure opportunities are supported across all relevant touchpoints.

     

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Project management skills, working with key stakeholders and network management 
  • Governance capabilities to ensure production Management & activation
  • Commercial business acumen to include legal, purchasing, VAT, Insurance, rights
  • Interest in culture, experience and knowledge of working on luxury brands
  • Background and experience in marketing and/or communications in large blue-chip companies 
  • Experience of Digital, social media and analytics skills, data insights and ability to decipher trends
  • Experience in creating clear and concise presentations and toolkits
