The Quality manager has the full responsibility to ensure execution of all value streams comply 100% with customer specific requirements, control plan execution and PFMEA update. Quality Manager has the authority and responsibility to ensure quality census across specific program or group of customer value streams towards ensuring designed quality program is being executed and improved; quality manager is responsible to provide the resources required and agree upon.
