High-level Team context:At APTIV, we design, develop, and validate systems to improve safety and comfort in vehicles. This includes the development of innovative computer vision features and machine learning algorithms for interior and exterior cameras. Examples of features are vehicle and pedestrian detection, lane and traffic sign recognition, driver drowsiness sensing, seat occupancy monitoring, child presence detection, and hand gesture recognition.

Major Job Responsibility:

• Cooperate with internal customer to implement MES software project
• Analysis, maintenance, troubleshooting, continuous improvement MES application software for local sites
• Cross-functional working with internal customer, such as Operation, Logistics, Quality
• Leading and coordinate MES application projects, include but not limited to production line setup, etc.
• Maintenance current MES system.

Candidate Requirements:

• 每周处理客户EDI 红灯报错，确保EDI畅通，客户需求的及时准确地传递;
• 每周接收客户订单，分析客户的波动，超出波动范围及时预警Team ,以及与客户销售团队跟进后续计划;
• 根据客户每周需求，与客户确认交付计划；
• 根据Team 反馈的物料采购周期，邀请客户提供对应的长期预测,有异常及时上升;
• 预警任何影响到客户交付的风险，及时上升,必要邀请销售介入;
• 根据客户需求安排运输，将发运计划给文员建立DN ，仓库备料，确认客户的交付；
• 每月的客户绩效考核监督，发生偏差分析原因，快读反应跟踪解决;
• 客户的ECR 管理，确保切换时间点的斜街，保证客户的顺利交付;
• 监督成品库存，确保DIO库存天数，减少成品E&O 发生；
• 每周分析成品E&O,
• 协助销售以及内部物料MOQ、SPQ、LT的信息传递；
• 客户EOP管理，提前管理控制EOP确保控制期的成品库存，必要时邀请客户介入；
• 协助财务每月的客户对账，异常及时处理；
• 领导交代的其他事宜

Major Accountabilities: Identify and select appropriate mechanical components for hardware and product engineering projects. Design and optimize thermal management systems to ensure proper heat dissipation and thermal performance of mechanical components. Perform structural analysis to evaluate the strength, durability, and integrity of mechanical structures and components. Use analytical methods and finite element analysis (FEA) tools to assess structural performance.
