The Process Engineer is responsible for developing or modifying manufacturing processes to increase product performance, improve manufacturing efficiency and boost profits. This position works closely with design engineers, equipment vendors, program managers, marketing, and quality engineers to support the development of new electromechanical products. They are responsible for providing the overall process design and suggesting measures to improve product design for manufacturability.
The Environmental Specialist position includes a strong understanding of local, state and federal laws, how to handle various situations with hazardous material, enforcing campus wide safety programs, understanding how each product can affect the environment, and perform routine audits on the company.

The Compliance Administrator plays a critical role ensuring that an organization adheres to legal standards maintaining regulatory compliance and mitigating risks. This position is accountable for developing, maintaining, and administering the internal customs inventory control system used by Sensata Mexico sites to comply with inventory database management regulations and government reporting as established in Annex 24 and Annex 30 of Mexican Foreign Trade Rules.
He is in charge of complying with the Predictive/Preventive and Corrective maintenance programs of the production equipment as well as ensuring that the efficiency of their equipment, bottlenecks, is at a minimum OEE of 80%.
The Software Technician is in charge of the electronic technical part of equipment controlled by PLCs and high-level "software" and the design and automation of "hardware and software" processes.

Performs failure analysis to customer returns for warranty and assist production with issues related to product and generate written reports documenting the cause of failure.
The incumbent will be responsible to deploy and run Sensata’s Product Family SIM process which provides a strong linkage between the Business Unit decision making and operational execution to achieve on-time delivery to requested date, inventory, capacity, operating margins and revenue commitments, while ensuring that fully considered risks are resolved or escalated within the full SIOP process.
