The Process Engineer is responsible for developing or modifying manufacturing processes to increase product performance, improve manufacturing efficiency and boost profits. This position works closely with design engineers, equipment vendors, program managers, marketing, and quality engineers to support the development of new electromechanical products. They are responsible for providing the overall process design and suggesting measures to improve product design for manufacturability.

The Cost Accountant will be responsible for analyzing cost expenditures and purchases within the organization. The Cost Accountant will review existing purchases, record data, recommend new cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.

The HR Business Partner is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
He is in charge of complying with the Predictive/Preventive and Corrective maintenance programs of the production equipment as well as ensuring that the efficiency of their equipment, bottlenecks, is at a minimum OEE of 80%.
The Software Technician is in charge of the electronic technical part of equipment controlled by PLCs and high-level "software" and the design and automation of "hardware and software" processes.
