Job Description: As HR Business partner you work in a small HR Team in the Netherlands: currently consisting of 2 HR Business partners and 2 HR Assistants all reporting into the Head of Human Resources. In this position you advise and support the departmental management in your assigned scope, and you advise the Head of Human Resources on the HR policies and procedures for the company.
