Job Description:
As HR Business partner you work in a small HR Team in the Netherlands: currently consisting of 2 HR Business partners and 2 HR Assistants all reporting into the Head of Human Resources.
In this position you advise and support the departmental management in your assigned scope, and you advise the Head of Human Resources on the HR policies and procedures for the company. You work closely with management, team leaders, project managers and employees.
MAIN JOB CONTENT

Advises the Head of Human Resources on the Human Resources policies and procedures for the company.

Advises (departmental) management in the field, in particular on the application of HR policy and use of HR instruments.

Makes proposals for the development of HR instruments and employment conditions, implements and monitors their application in the company.

Performs professional work (recruitment & selection, development, case management and retention of employees, outflow) within set preconditions.

Develops, generates and analyzes management information.
-
Provides information in the HR field to management and employees.
-
Identifies problems with individual/groups of employees and contributes to a solution.
-
Conducts internal audits of HR processes, analyzes and reports the results and makes proposals for improvement.

Prepares and monitors project budgets.
-
Prepares (framework) contracts within the HR field and monitors their implementation.

Responsible for the processing of personnel changes by the HR administration.

Cascade and apply HR policy, E&C standards & national labor regulations towards the management.

Ensure coherency and harmonization within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination with the management and according to business objectives.

Support and encourage the development of all employees.

Ensure appropriate consequential management when needed.

Internal:

With Managers to advise, consult, discuss problems and provide information.

With the HR and payroll administration to instruct.

With suppliers to prepare and monitor contracts.

YOUR SKILLS
-
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources.
-
You act proactively, know how to make the right connection and have the right organizational sensitivity.

You preferably have knowledge and experience with Exact HR, SAP HR or Workday.
-
You are fluent in the Dutch and English language.

You know how to set priorities and have a critical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
