Job Description: Currently we are looking for candidate for position of: Junior HR specialist Roles and duties:

Ensuring the completeness of HR documents and their compliance with procedures,
Administration of working time
Supporting the daily tasks of the HR department related to hiring, benefits and training
Solving employee HR issue
Suggesting and implementing improvements for HR processes.
Taking part in various HR projects

Job Description: Tasks, role & responsibilities:● Sizing of aircraft components, parts and assemblies (e.g. airframes, transmissions and rotors)● Structural analysis during design, definition, development and modification phases● Trade off analysis for different design solutions● Linear and nonlinear structure analysis with the Finite Element Method (FEM)● Analysis and evaluation of structural strength, stability, damage tolerance and fatigue● Providing technical documentation and presenting results to the team
