We’re currently looking for a Workforce Development Intern to join our team for an part-time onsite role in Decherd, TN.
Job Responsibilities:

Supporting operations through data analytics, needs assessments and training analysis

Creating curriculum

Building training devices or tools

Research, designing, and potential facilitating training
Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Attention to detail
- Self-Motivated
In order to qualify for this role, you must:
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, Education, or Business related field.
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong organization ability with keen attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and willing to challenge yourself to develop your talents and skill sets
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
