Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Your challenges?

  • You apply the activities defined in the quality improvement plan to achieve customer satisfaction for quality

  • You support quality manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the quality activities

  • You update quality tracking charts, customer returns, cost of non quality, and perform audits to detect non-respect of the standard 

  • You participate in the eradication of customer issues and non quality issues

  • You perform the revision of the control plan after an issue 

  • You update the quality documents following a process related change

  • You verify the continuous conformance of the process to generate product to specification in accordance with the control plans (machine capability, yearly product audit…

  • You have authority to stop a manufacturing / assembly line in any situation where standards are not respected or a safety or quality risk

  • You represent customer within Valeo on quality matters (communication/escalation)

 Let’s talk about you…

  • You are graduated from a Engineering School degree in Quality

  • Ideally, you already have experience in Quality / in Production

  • You are familiar with quality tools & quality standards (ISO TS 16949)

  • You have a fluent level of English, French

  • You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

  • You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
