Raytheon is searching for a Training Coordinator to for a large, dynamic program area. The Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of training including scheduling classes, assigning registrants to classes, working with instructors to ensure registrants have the appropriate tools to complete the class.
Additionally, the Coordinator will assist with department operations. Support includes managing relationships with students and staff, coordinating class needs, and managing program area supplies and course material resources.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with POLY
Key Responsibilities
Direct coordination with staff and students to schedule, enroll and facilitate class sessions.
Update/maintain course literature ensuring descriptions are accurate.
Directly coordinate class and program area operations with the staff.
Respond to a broad range of inquiries for class registration and real-time class support.
Support monthly TDY travel for up to a week.
Ability to capture, coordinate and complete assigned actions.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
5 years of experience
Self-starter working equally well in independently and team environments.
Exercises sound personal judgment in unfamiliar, ambiguous situations.
Ability to multi-task and change focus as demands change.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
Comfortable with the use of document/records management, Microsoft Office suite, and web-based tools.

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project
management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
