Job Summary:
Raytheon Space Systems is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager for their Digital Mission Solutions (DMS) program portfolio. This position requires an existing TS/SCI clearance and will be responsible for leading a Supply Chain team responsible for subcontract management and the coordination of enterprise supply chain support, as needed. The DMS programs supported by this team are primarily with the United States Space Force (USSF) and consist of U.S. and International site locations. Knowledge of Export/Import regulations and experience with working compliantly within international locations is a key aspect of this position. This position will also include aspects of Material Program Management to assist the programs in developing acquisition strategies and assisting with the coordination of material requirements with Raytheon’s Enterprise Procurement team. In addition, this position will be directly involved with supporting new business pursuits and program growth opportunities within the DMS portfolio which will include negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontract terms and conditions, and compliant pricing. This position will work within a hybrid work environment, however; due to the classified nature of these programs, expect to be working at least 50% of your time within a secured environment on the Raytheon Aurora campus. Occasional travel to subcontractor or program sites may be required.
This position is a hybrid role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Experience with supporting Government programs, Government regulations and subcontract types (Cost Type, Incentive Type, Firm Fixed, Time & Material, etc.).
- Must be fully knowledgeable in public law and TINA.
- The role will require the candidate to be experienced and knowledgeable in compliant procurement documentation to include well documented Summaries of Award (SOA) and Cost/Price Analyses.
- This position will also support the supply Chain team in developing negotiation strategies and be involved with supplier negotiations to provide “Best Value” results for Raytheon and our program customers.
Basic Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High degree of financial acumen and ability to lead efforts, including budgeting management and financial forecasting.
- Experience interfacing with external customers and all levels of internal organization
- Communicating and meeting internal/external customer needs
- Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Developing & executing Risk/Opportunity plans to meet program goals.
- Experience achieving goals in a Matrix organizational structure.
- Experience with MRP Systems and or tools such as SAP, PRISM and Kinaxis
- Knowledge of US Government acquisition laws and regulations
- Familiarity with manufacturing environment

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
