JOB DESCRIPTION
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering. APICS Certification.
Experience:
7+ Years within Materials Management and/or Supply Chain
Preferred Experience in QAD, Automotive Tier 2 Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple sites from a supply chain discipline
- Launch and Engineering Change Management – audit Supplier readiness assessment (P.O., system set up, EDI, installed capacity/tooling, lead-times, labels, packaging, etc.)
- Obsolescence Management
- Compliance to Supplier Manual Standard / Rules of Engagement
- Past Due and/or Increase events, demand variation analysis, develop recovery plans with associated logistic needs and costs
- Monitor Distressed Suppliers
- Credit Holds
- Oversee El Paso Whs. Personnel & Resource needs
Skill Sets
- Deep understanding of MRP, Strong in Excel, Power Point.

- Analytical thinking at Strategic level.

- Root Cause Analysis
*May require 50% travel as needed to regional sites and Supply Base.
