Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Supplier Program Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hazelwood, Missouri, Bellevue, Everett, Renton, and Tukwila, Washington, Huntsville, Alabama, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mesa, Arizona, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports technical and business support to meet supplier performance targets.
  • Supports the evaluation of performance throughout all contract phases.
  • Supports supplier assessments.
  • Assists in the review of current and projected work statement to support procurement strategies and contractual compliance.
  • Contributes to the recovery, corrective and preventative action plans.
  • Supports data to support the communication of supplier performance plans, risks, issues, and opportunities.

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position is for 1st shift.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study).
  • More than 1 year of experience in root cause analysis and Corrective action
  • More than 1 year of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements?

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • More than 1 year of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 25% of the time.

Summary pay range: $85,850 - $121,800
